A modern home for your family's most important information
LifeFile SA was built so no family has to spend weeks searching for documents during the hardest days of their lives.
Why we exist
When a loved one passes away, families are forced to play detective — tracking down policies, passwords, account numbers and instructions while grieving. We believe there's a better way.
LifeFile SA combines the simplicity of Apple, the security of Dropbox, and the organisation of Notion into one secure platform built specifically for South African families and estate planning realities.
"Make life easier for your family when they need it most."
— Our promise to every member

A legacy built by experts, for families.
Financial advice and estate-planning experience brought together to help South African families prepare with confidence.
LifeFile wasn’t born in a tech lab—it was born from decades of seeing what happens when life’s most important details are left to chance.
With 18 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser and 21 years specialising in estate planning as an Attorney, we have spent our careers sitting across the table from families in their most vulnerable moments. We’ve seen unclaimed assets, the legal hurdles of lost wills, and the avoidable stress of disorganised estates.
We realised that while the world has gone digital, the way we protect our legacy hasn’t kept up. We built LifeFile to bridge that gap—combining legal precision with financial foresight to create a secure digital vault built for South African families.
“We aren’t just the founders; we are the professionals who understand exactly what your family will need when you aren’t there to tell them.”
